- Tracks every assignment (placement) day-by-day from the start.
- Warns 30 / 14 / 7 days before the 9-month threshold.
- Flags overdue assignments red on the dashboard.
- Handles breaks automatically (interruption > 3 months resets the counter).
Where to find it: Dashboard → Equal Pay → assignment list. Each row shows: current assignment duration, days to equal pay, hourly-rate comparison (if filled on the job).
