Compliance score explained

The compliance score on the dashboard continuously checks 7 AÜG-relevant criteria. 100% means: you meet all obligations.

• BA cert configured — valid, non-expired mTLS cert
• Supplier/Customer ID set — both from your BA contract
• At least 1 successful sync in the last 7 days
• No open sync errors — all reported jobs were accepted
• Equal pay tracking active — no assignment over 9 months without equal pay adjustment
• WordPress sync active (if a WP source is set) — last successful pull < 24h old
• Verified admin email

Gauge color shifts: red <40%, orange 40-70%, blue 70-90%, green ≥90%.
