BA reporting basics (§ 7 AÜG)

§ 7 AÜG requires staffing agencies to report every advertised job to the German labor agency (BA) via the official HR-XML v2.2 interface with mTLS authentication.

What to report:

• Every publicly advertised job — including those on your website, StepStone, Indeed, XING, LinkedIn.
• Exceptions: internal-only postings, confidential search for a specific client.

What BAconn does automatically: the BA connector syncs new/changed jobs via mTLS every 15 minutes. Sync logs at /dashboard/logs. Each row shows status, HR-XML body, BA response.

On errors: we email you the details. Most common causes: expired certificate, missing required fields (profession, location, working hours), invalid postal code.
