The migration wizard reads Zvoove personnel-master CSV exports and imports your candidates without data loss.

  1. Export from Zvoove: File → Export → Personalstamm → format CSV (with header row). Delimiter ; or , — both are auto-detected.
  2. Open BAconn: /migration/zvoove. Choose file, max 5 MB, max 5000 records.
  3. Check the preview: BAconn shows the first 50 parsed records. The following fields are auto-mapped:
    • first/last name, email, phone
    • postal code + city → location
    • status → pool status (Aktiv → active, Bewerber → candidate, Vermittelt → placed, etc.)
    • availability → availability (Sofort → available, Beschäftigt → employed)
    • experience, desired position, notes
  4. Import: duplicate email addresses are skipped — existing BAconn candidates are not overwritten.

Unknown columns (e.g. Zvoove-internal fields) go into custom_fields and can be mapped manually later if needed. No data loss.

After import, all candidates are in the applicant pool and immediately searchable.
