The ProSoft personnel-list export is read by the same wizard as the Zvoove export — only the column mappings differ.

  1. Export from ProSoft: Stammdaten → Personal → Export → format CSV with header row.
  2. Open BAconn: /migration/prosoft.
  3. Recognized fields:
    • Personal-Nr → custom_fields.prosoft_personalnr (for later cross-reference)
    • Anrede (salutation) → custom_fields.anrede
    • Vorname, Name → first_name / last_name
    • Strasse + PLZ + Ort → PLZ+Ort combined into location; the street goes into custom_fields
    • phone, email, status, availability, profession, notes
    • birth date, hire date, termination date → custom_fields
  4. Status mapping: Aktiv/Beschäftigt → active, Eingesetzt → placed, Ausgeschieden/Gekündigt/Archiviert → inactive.

Same caps as Zvoove: 5 MB / 5000 records, dedup by email, no overwriting of existing records.
