Before migrating from Zvoove or ProSoft, a few setup steps:

  1. Configure BA mTLS certificate — otherwise imported candidates won't auto-report to BA.
  2. Install WordPress plugin (if you have a career site) — so incoming applications land in BAconn.
  3. Pick a plan — Free is capped at 4 candidates; for realistic testing use Starter or Ultra (48h trial is fine).
  4. Configure SMTP — if imported candidates should receive a welcome email.

Then export CSV from the legacy system and upload to /migration/zvoove or /migration/prosoft.
