What shows up
- Sync errors from the last 24 h that you haven't seen in the logs yet
- Applications without a status, older than 48 h — candidates who deserve a reply
- Expiring contracts with equal-pay deadline in the next 14 days
- Reminders you set on the application detail (e.g. "Follow up on May 5")
- Expiring certificates — BA mTLS < 30 days remaining
Click behavior
Every item links directly to the relevant record or filtered list. Completed items vanish automatically on the next dashboard load.

Several dashboard cards use a "More options" disclosure pattern: a single primary button (e.g. "Sync now") is immediately visible, less-frequent actions sit below and expand on click — cuts cognitive load on first glance.
