The candidate pool at /dashboard/pool is your talent inventory. From any application you can click "add to pool" — the record persists even if the original application is archived.
Pool status: candidate / active / shortlisted / placed / inactive.
Bulk actions: select multiple candidates → change status or remove from pool in one action.
Cariera sync (optional): if you run a Cariera job portal, pool candidates can sync as WP posts — they appear in the Cariera candidate search on the WordPress site.
Direct submission: "Send to company" → BAconn generates a PDF profile and emails it to a chosen client.
